Carli Anne Lloyd to speak at Southeast Missouri State University
American professional soccer midfielder for the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team Carli Anne Lloyd will speak on Monday at Southeast Missouri State University.
Lloyd will speak at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3, at the school’s Show Me Center as part of the 2015-2016 speaker series.
Tickets, which are $10 general admission, are required to attend.
Current SEMO faculty, staff and students can use a Redhawks ID to pick up a free ticket in the University Center Room 204 in the Center for Student Involvement or at the Show Me Center Box Office.
A two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Lloyd scored the game-winning goals in the finals at the 2008 Games in Beijing and the 2012 Games in London. She also represented the United States in the past three Women’s World Cup tournaments. She has has played in more than 200 matches for the U.S. Women’s National Team and has scored 67 goals.
