Man wanted for murder of Paducah man arrested in Illinois

A homeless man wanted for the murder of a Paducah man was found in Illinois Monday night.

Paducah Police were looking for 51-year-old Andy McAmis.

He was wanted in connection to the death of 56-year-old Harold Bone.

Bone was found dead at Dolly McNutt Plaza on Saturday. He had puncture wounds to his torso.

Police say that McAmis and Bone were acquaintances and that something happened that sparked an altercation between the two of them Friday night.

McAmis was arrested and jailed in Joliet, Illinois.

He is awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
