Police warn of thefts from cars in Ledbetter area

Police in Livingston County are asking for information on thefts from cars in the Ledbetter area.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says in the last week there have been several thefts from parked cars in the Blankenship Drive subdivision.

Items taken include purses, money, and power tools.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking everyone to lock their cars at night and remove any valuables.

Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to call the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office at (270) 928-2122 or Crime Stoppers at (270) 443-TELL.
