Mid-Continent University can put their campus up for sale

Mid-Continent University can put the campus up for sale.

On Thursday a judge in federal bankruptcy court heard several motions in the case, including settling the partial objection to Mid-Continent using Bunch Brothers as the realtor.

Mid-Continent’s Vice President of Finance Tim Walker and he legal team were in court.

The realtor, Bunch Brothers, and Huntington Bank came to an agreement outside of court on how to sell the campus.

Within the next six days, Mid-Continent will file an agreed order with the court.

It will show how cash or credit payments would work, commissions, and how they handle any offers on the campus.

All parties agreed on a $4.3 million listing.
