Counterfeit traveler’s check used at local restaurant, police looking for suspect

Paducah police need help identifying a woman who used a counterfeit traveler’s check at the Cracker Barrel Monday night.

Police say the woman used a counterfeit American Express Traveler’s Check to purchase a $20 gift card and receive $80 in change.

Surveillance video captured the woman driving in a white Suburban-type car.

Anyone with information on the woman’s identity is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at (270) 444-8550.
