Donor pledges to match donations to local shelter up to $150,000

The Paducah Cooperative Ministry needs your help raising $91,000.

An anonymous donor will match donations up to $150,000 for PCM’s Fresh Start Village.

The Fresh Start Village aims to provide a safe, home-like environment for the homeless, single women and mothers with children. It features six residential units and an administrative building.

So far, PCM has raised $1.3 million to complete the initial phase of the project.

PCM says the matching donation will help it finish the village. The deadline for the match is Dec.31.
