Kasich files for Kentucky caucus

Ohio Gov. John Kasich has filed to compete in Kentucky’s Republican presidential caucus. 

Former state Rep. Jim Zimmerman delivered Kasich’s filing papers Monday, along with his 15,000 filing fee. 

Kasich joins six others in the March 5 caucus.

Sen. Rand Paul, former Florida governor Jeb Bush, Sen, Ted Cruz, Sen. Marco Rubio, Donald Trump, and Ben Carson have already filed.
