Carterville, IL business robbed, police looking for suspect

Carterville, Illinois police are looking for a man who robbed a pharmacy Monday night.

The Carterville Police Department says a man entered Family Drugs on 1205 South Division Street around 7:00 p.m. and demanded prescription narcotics while displaying a weapon.

He then fled the area on foot.

No one was injured.

The suspect is described as a white man, 6 feet tall, with facial hair. He was wearing blue jeans, brown boots, and a black hooded sweatshirt underneath a brown jacket.
