Water reported over roads in Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle counties
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says it has received reports of water over roads in locations in Caldwell and Calloway counties.
Caldwell County reports water over Kentucky 91 in several places between Fredonia and Princeton. KYTC spokesman Keith Todd says the most notable blockage along KY 91 near the KY 70 intersection. He says water is expected to recede rather quickly at most of these locations once the rain stops. Caldwell County also reports a large tree blocking U.S. 641 between the 0 and 2 mile marker. This is between Fredonia and the Caldwell-Lyon county line.
Calloway County reports water over highways at several locations and downed trees.
Three trees are down along KY 94 west of Murray between the 0 and 1 mile marker. This is near the Calloway-Graves county line. Trees are reported down along KY 94 east of Murray and KY 1346/Roosevelt Road near the KY 80 intersection.
Carlisle County reports KY 1628 is closed at the 3 mile marker and KY 1820 is closed between the 2 and 3 mile markers due to water over road.
