Free meal for those in need at Gold Rush Cafe on Christmas

What’s Christmas without a hot meal to sit down to?

Gold Rush Cafe in Paducah wants to make sure everyone has something to eat on Friday.

So, owner Ken White says they’ll be serving free food to those in need.

"There’s several people that don’t have anywhere to go eat, or have a meal or anything else," says White. "I know there are places that provide, but we just wanted to be another one to help out."

White says they’ll start serving meals at 11 a.m. and they won’t stop until the food runs out.
