Sheriff’s department looking for man wanted on drug trafficking charge

McCracken County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a Paducah man who was indicted on Dec. 18 on a drug trafficking charge. 

The sheriff’s department says it originally got tips alleging 32-year-old Christopher Cline of Paducah was involved in illegal drug activity at his home on Jefferson Street in November. The sheriff’s department says detectives conducted a controlled purchase of methamphetamine from Cline and, during their investigation, learned Cline was on parole for drug offenses, theft and escape. 

On Dec.18, a grand jury indicted Cline on one count of trafficking methamphetamine over 2 grams. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and detectives have been looking for him since then. Investigators say Cline recently moved from were he was living on Jefferson Street. 
and absconded from parole. A Parole Warrant has also been issued for Cline.
