Kentucky Avenue closed in Paducah for concrete paving

A portion of US 45/Kentucky Avenue in Paducah will be closed for concrete paving.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says paving will start at the Walter Jetton Boulevard intersection on Tuesday, January 5th, and work westward along the eastbound lanes.

As work continues westward, South 16th Street will be closed at the intersection with Kentucky Avenue. South 16th Street is expected to close on Thursday and remain closed for four or five days.

The project is scheduled to be finished on January 15.
