Two local theaters will be managed by the same group

Two local theaters will be managed by the same group.

The Maiden Alley Cinema and Columbia Theatre will be managed under a new non-profit entity called the Paducah Art House Alliance.

Organizers say the group’s first priority is the restoration of the Columbia Theatre.

After that is completed, they will be operating the two theaters together.

Organizers say the Columbia Theatre has just completed an asbestos abatement process and they will now focus on stabilizing and renovating the exterior of the building.
