Ongoing US 45/Kentucky Ave construction to close portion of South 21st St

Continuing work on US 45/Kentucky Avenue in Paducah will close a portion of South 21st Street.

Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, South 21st Street will be closed where it crosses Kentucky Avenue.

Crews need the closure so they can pave along the intersection.

Kentucky Avenue traffic will not be able to turn left onto South 21st Street, but can turn right onto Broadway.

The closure is expected to be in place for about a week.
