Paducah police arrest robbery suspect

Paducah Police make an arrest in a robbery case from earlier this week.

On Tuesday, officers responded to a report of a robbery in the 2900 block of Park Avenue.  They spoke with a woman who claimed to have been robbed of an Xbox.

She told officers she was contacted by the suspect through Facebook inquiring about the Xbox she was selling. She agreed to meet Aerion Jones, 19, but when she arrived, she told officers Jones displayed a gun and took the Xbox.

Jones was later arrested and charged with robbery.  Jones was out on bond for a previous robbery in 2015.
