Fire claims Damron’s BBQ in Martin, TN

Damron’s BBQ and Meat Company caught on fire Tuesday night.

Martin Police confirmed firefighters were on scene for several hours.

We do not yet know a cause, or the extent of damages to the building.

Weakley County 911 Director Jamison Peevyhouse at one point posted on Facebook: "Martin PD has diverted all traffic off of that section of Main St."

We’ll continue to update this story as we learn more.

Thunderbolt Broadcasting shared the picture to the left of this article of the building fully engulfed in flames. Viewer Christel Thompson Laney shared three other pictures of firefighters with the Martin Fire Department working to get the fire under control.
