Honda expands recall

Honda is recalling 5.7 million cars worldwide. This is the latest round of recalls involving Takata air bag inflators that can explode and hurl shrapnel into the vehicle.

440,000 vehicles in japan and about 2.2 million in the U.S. are included in this recent recall expansion.

At least 11 people have died from the problem. 139 people have been injured.
