Section of Kentucky Avenue to reopen Monday

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a section on Paducah’s Kentucky Avenue is expected to reopen Monday morning.

KYTC spokesman Keith Todd says the south leg of Kentucky Avenue at 16th Street is planned to reopen, as well as a number of side streets. He says crews are still working on sidewalks.

Todd said there’s no time frame for when the entire Kentucky Avenue project will be complete.
