State road closure planned in Fulton County

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says it plans to close two sections of Kentucky 925 in Fulton County on Thursday, Feb. 11.

KYTC spokesman Keith Todd says KY 925 will be closed at mile point 0.5 and mile point 3.0 so two cross drains can be replaced. The first work zone is between the Kentucky/Tennessee state line and Beech Grove Road. The second is between Kentucky 1282 and Kentucky 2139.

Todd says the roadway is expected to close at about 8 a.m., after the morning school bus run. It’s expected to reopen to traffic around 3 p.m.

Todd notes that there will be no marked detour.
