Scholarship named for fallen state trooper

A fallen Kentucky state trooper can now be remembered through the success of students at the high school he attended.

The family of trooper Eric Chrisman presented a scholarship fund in his honor Thursday.

The money will help students at Chrisman’s alma mater, Christian Academy of Lawrenceberg. Chrisman died last year while on duty after his patrol car was hit by a tractor-trailer.
