Alex Peay: Social Responsibility Personified

Alex Peay is the 28-year-old founder and president of a group called "Rising Sons."

His organization works to increase financial opportunities for African American men and promote better relationships between law enforcement and the black communities they serve.

Peay said he was inspired to help other men after he was arrested twice for situations he called "false."

Peay said his organization runs on the belief that, "Not all cops are bad and not all black people are robbing people."
