More than 150 marijuana plants found in Murray home

Three people were charged after Murray police found more than 150 marijuana plants in a home.

The Murray Police Department says on Friday officers executed a search warrant at a home on Cherry Corner Road.

Inside the home, officers found 153 marijuana plants, processed marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Police arrested and charged 61-year-old Gary Casper with cultivation of marijuana more than 5 plants, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Calloway County Jail.

Police also charged 63-year-old Bernice Casper and 35-year-old Chandler Casper with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were cited and released.
