Superintendent says child responsible for vandalism at Paducah Tilghman High School

School leaders at Paducah Tilghman High School say a child is responsible for  damage to property at the school. 

Paducah Public Schools Superintendent Donald Shively sent us a picture of a shattered window at the high school. He says it’s the second night in a row it has happened.
