Child ejected from car in wreck in Union County

Illinois State Police says a child in a car seat was ejected from a car in a wreck in Union County Thursday afternoon. 

ISP says the wreck happened around 2:54 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 51, just north of Little Creek Line in Union County.

Troopers say 33-year-old Liza Osman was driving northbound on U.S. 51 near Little Creek Lane when she crossed the fog line, over-corrected and crossed the southbound lane. The car rolled several times before coming to rest against an embankment. 

No further details were released.
