Undercover investigation leads to arrest of Paducah man

A tip from a citizen led to the arrest of a Paducah man.

The Paducah Police Department says they received a tip that 33-year-old Jeremy Kimbro was selling drugs to teenagers from his home and from the fast food restaurant he worked at.

An undercover investigation began. After enough evidence was obtained, a search warrant was obtained for Kimbro’s home.

Officers went to his home and detained him while he was leaving for work.

At the home, they found more than $1,000 in cash, about five ounces of marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

Kimbro was charged with trafficking in marijuana and trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

He was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
