Bridge in Calloway County closed

A bridge in Calloway County has been closed.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says over the weekend the Calloway County Road Department closed Coleman Branch Road at the McCullough Fork Creek Bridge.

Road crews found that a bridge abutment had settled.

A Kentucky Transportation Cabinet inspector checked the bridge on Monday and concurred with the closure.

The bridge will be closed until it is repaired or replaced.
