Meetings being held for those wanting to take part in Paducah farmer’s market

Vendors looking to take part in this year’s Paducah Homegrown Farmer’s Market should attend one of two meetings being held.

The meetings will cover information about the application process, hours of operation, and fees along with the guidelines from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.

Vendors will also be able to ask questions and discuss last year’s farmer’s market.

The first meeting is Tuesday night. The second meeting is Wednesday night. Both will start at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Park Services facility at 1400 H.C. Mathis Drive.

Those who can’t make it but are interested in having a spot should contact Special Event Coordinator Molly Tomasallo at 270-444-8505.

The Paducah Homegrown Farmer’s Market is held in downtown Paducah. Vendors will be setting up and selling in late April with a grand opening set for May 7.
