Zack Pittman doing will after surgery, mom says

We are hearing Monday night that Zack Pittman is doing well after undergoing surgery.

He was hit by a car last May in McCracken county while walking home from school. His mother, Laurie, sent us a picture of him. She says Zack has to remain on his back for two days to let a baclofen pump inserted during surgery settle.

The pump is used to distribute medicine throughout his body to help relax his muscles. Zack will remain in Louisville for several more weeks for occupational and physical therapy.
