Police investigating overnight stabbing in Carbondale

No arrests were made in a late Sunday night stabbing.

The Carbondale Police Department says it happened just after 10:30 p.m. in the 800 block of West Mill Street.

Officers say the victim and a friend got into a physical fight over some personal property.

That’s when the victim was stabbed by a pocket knife.

The victim was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
