Golden State Warriors, Stephen Curry Make History

Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors made history with their 73rd win Wednesday night. The Warriors beat the Memphis Grizzlies 125-104. The team broke what many considered an unmatchable mark set 20 years ago by Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls.

The Warriors’ Stephen Curry hit a shooting milestone as he became the first player to make 400 3-pointeres in a season. The third milestone, set last night,  as they played for a roaring, sold-out home crowd at Oracle Arena

The Warriors are now 16 victories away from more glory as they are set to defend their NBA title in this year’s playoffs. The top seed is theirs, assuring home-court advantage for the second year in a row.
