Investigation continues into double homicide

McCracken County investigators are still working to solve a double homicide at a home on Riegel Lane near Flamingo Row.

Sheriff Jon Hayden says 73-year-old Gerald Boyes and 67-year-old Billie Potter were found dead Tuesday night after a neighbor went to check on them.

Investigators say they are victims of foul play.

Hayden says they have leads in the case, but no arrests have been made.

They are asking anyone who has seen any suspicious activity in the area to call the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department at (270) 444-4719.

Autopsies on both victims are scheduled for this week.
