Tori and Tyler Smoyer indicted in Graves County

A grand jury has indicted former Local 6 meteorologist Tori Shaw Smoyer and her husband Tyler Smoyer.

Graves County Commonwealth Attorney David Hargrove confirmed they were indicted Thursday, but did not have details on which charges they were indicted on.

Kentucky State Police originally charged them with firearm enhanced cultivation of marijuana, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia when they were arrested in February.
