Lone Oak traffic signal to be out of service Tuesday

A traffic signal outage is planned for Tuesday along US 45/Lone Oak Road in McCracken County.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the traffic signal at the intersection of Lone Oak and Lakeview Drive will be taken out of service around 9:00 a.m.

Crews need the traffic signal offline so that wiring can be installed for new signal heads and support cables can be raised.

The intersection will function as a four-way stop while the signals are out of service.

Flaggers may be present to help with traffic flow.

The new signals are expected to be online around 1:00 p.m.
