Thousands show up for first day of Quilt Show

Wednesday is the first day of the 2016 AQS Quilt Show.

Over the next few days, 3,200 quilters are expected to go to the show at the Paducah McCracken County Convention and Expo Center.

Those quilters come from 15 different countries and 48 states.

On display are 600 quilts, 406 of them were in the contest.

Doors are open Wednesday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
