Paducah man arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana

A Paducah man was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana on Wednesday.

On April 1st, drug detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department and the Paducah Police Department executed a search warrant at a home in the 1100 block of Greer Street in Paducah.

Detectives seized two cell phones, rifle ammunition, $2874 in cash, and more than two pounds of marijuana.

An arrest warrant was issued for 23-year-old Deante Brown. He was found Wednesday around 12:30 p.m. at a Paducah business.

He was charged with Trafficking in Marijuana 8oz-5lbs 2nd or subsequent offense.
