Closure planned for section of McCracken County road

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says it plans to close a section of Bryant Ford Road in McCracken County on Tuesday.

KYTC spokesman Keith Todd says Bryant Ford Road will be closed near the McCracken County/Marshall County line so debris can be cleared from a box culvert at mile point 0.0.  He says the work zone is along KY 787 about a mile south of Bypass Road.

The road will be closed starting around 8 a.m. Tuesday, and Todd says it’s and is expected to stay closed until about 2 p.m., the same day.

Todd says there will be no marked detour.
