Deputies: Alcohol and speed were factors in crash

McCracken County deputies say speed and alcohol were factors in a crash this morning on Lovelaceville Florence Station Road West.

They say Lisa Dowell, 48, of Paducah, failed to negotiate a curve and overturned her vehicle along a ditch.  She had to be pulled from her vehicle and was taken to the hospital for her injuries.  She was cited and released from the hospital for DUI.

Lovelaceville Florence Station Road West was reduced to one lane for about one hour.  It is now re-opened.

No one else was hurt.
