Injured Paducah International Raceway worker recovering

An injured race track worker may get to return home Tuesday after he was hit by a race car Friday night. 

David McCracken was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, on Friday after he was hit by a race car at Paducah International Raceway.

McCracken County Deputies say Jason Wallace was driving the car that hit McCracken

Wallace has been charged with DUI and assault regarding the incident.
