What the Tech: Sleepy apps

We are a sleepy nation. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine estimates one in five adults is not getting enough rest each night and that has serious effects on your body.

Forgetfulness, weight gain, and just not being on your game are all side effects of a lack of sleep. But there are apps to help get a good night’s rest.
