Ford Truck Recall

If you drive a Ford F150 pick up truck you may need to make an appointment at the dealer to fix your brakes. The company is recalling 270,000 2013-2014 model-year trucks. The affected trucks have 3.5-liter V6 engines.

The specific problem is with the master cylinder. Ford says the cylinder can leak brake fluid reducing the ability of the front brakes to stop the truck.

Dealers will replace the master cylinder for free and can also replace the brake booster is they find leaks from the master cylinder.
