Section of Olivet Church Road to be closed to through traffic

A portion of Olivet Church Road in Paducah will be closed to through traffic for at least the next two months.

Road crews plan to block off the road between Kindred Avenue and James Sanders Boulevard to through traffic while they work to widen Olivet Church Road to three lanes, improve drainage, and add sidewalks.

The road will still be open to homes and businesses in the area.

The traffic limitation is expected to last through July.
