Molly’s Law headed to Gov. Rauner

The bill known as Molly’s Law is heading to Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner’s desk.

It passed both chambers before the end of the session on Tuesday.

The law will expand the statue of limitations for families to file wrongful death lawsuits.

Molly Young was fund dead in a Carbondale apartment in 2012.
