Grand jury indicts man on murder charge in 95-year-old woman’s death

A Graves County grand jury Thursday indicted a man, accused of hitting a 95-year-old woman who was riding a lawnmower with his truck, on a charge of wanton murder.

Ryan Crumbaugh is accused of driving the truck that hit and killed Helen Adams in October.

State troopers say Crumbaugh failed sobriety tests and admitted to smoking marijuana that morning.
