Police investigating death of Carbondale man

Police are investigating the death of a Carbondale man.

Carbondale police officers were called to a home in the 1100 block of East Grand Avenue on Sunday on reports of an unresponsive man.

Officers found 33-year-old Christopher Geyerman unresponsive inside and administered CPR until paramedics arrived.

He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

A forensics autopsy was completed and there is no indication of foul play at this time.

An investigation is ongoing.
