Paducah Public Schools superintendent receives high marks on evaluation

The Paducah Board of Education approved this year’s evaluation of Superintendent Donald Shively Monday night. 

Shively received exemplary ratings, which are the highest, in five areas, including strategic leadership, instructional leadership, cultural leadership, and managerial leadership.

He received an "accomplished" ratings on human resource leadership and influential leadership. That’s the second highest rating.
