Boil water advisory for Crittenden-Livingston Water District customers

Members of the Crittenden-Livingston County Water District are under a boil water advisory at least through Monday afternoon.

A company spokesperson tells us the boil water order is due to a river intake problem caused by algae.  The notice also includes people living in Salem and Smithland.

We will update this story when the order is lifted.
