Mayfield woman injured in crash

A Mayfield woman was injured in a crash in Graves County Monday afternoon.

The Graves County Sheriff’s Department says 47-year-old Shana Lee Story was traveling east on KY 58 when she attempted to avoid an animal and overcorrected her vehicle.

Her vehicle left the road, slide into the ditch at 8540 KY 58 East, hit the driveway embankment, and rolled over.

Story was taken to a local hospital for injuries to her neck and back. She was last listed in stable condition.
