Deputies say pedestrian struck in hit and run

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department says a vehicle struck a pedestrian Wednesday night in a hit and run.

Deputies say the incident happened near Southland Baptist Temple on Husband Road.

We’re told the pedestrian is seeking medical treatment.

Deputies say the vehicle involved was an either maroon or red SUV with a luggage rack on top. It was last seen driving toward Homewood Avenue.
