Investigators believe train attacker acted alone
Germany’s top security official says the 17-year-old who attacked people on a train in Germany acted alone.
Germany’s Interior minister says a video of the teen posted by the Islamic State group is authentic, and seems to be a "classic farewell video of a suicide attacker." In the video, IS identified the attacker as Muhammad Riyad, who can be heard speaking Pashto.
Joachim Herrmann, the interior minister of the state of Bavaria, said the flag had been found among the teenager’s belongings in his room in his foster home
The teen, an Afghan asylum seeker, was killed by police after wounding five people.
