Autopsy performed on unidentified man found dead in Oak Grove
State police say an autopsy performed on a body found on Carter Road in Oak Grove, Kentucky, revealed that the person is a black man, but his identity is still unknown.
The Kentucky State Police says the autopsy was performed Thursday at the State Medical Examiner’s office in Madisonville, but that identification will now depend on DNA or dental records.
The death is being investigated as a homicide. KSP says it isn’t releasing any more details right now because of the ongoing investigation, but the law enforcement agency asks anyone with information about the death to call 1-800-222-5555. Troopers say you can make the call anonymously.
